New Dover Associates handles 7,500 s/f lease for Stout Men's Shop
Daniel Cambria, associate, and John Hughes, associate of New Dover Associates, Inc., recently represented the landlord, CARU Framingham, LLC in a lease transaction totaling 7,500 rentable s/f of retail/storage space at 929 Worcester Rd. to Charles R. Brown dba Stout Men's Shop.
James Gordon, president of Gordon Real Estate Corp. represented Stout Men's Shop in the lease transaction.
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
