The New England Chapter of SIOR held its quarterly board of directors meeting at Mark Stevens offices on Thursday, March 26th. The board reviewed the upcoming national convention; the April 21st landlord breakfast and the May 14th annual golf outing. Greg Klemmer emphasized the focus to attract potential SIOR candidates.
Later in the evening the SIOR Chapter held its quarterly Bull & Beer Night at Bakey's Pub, 45 Broad St. Approximately 35 SIORs and guests attended the reception for informal discussions about the current economy, Boston's office and industrial markets and the upcoming SIOR national convention. Hors d'oeuvres and beverages were provided for SIOR members who were also encouraged to bring guests. The event was a great opportunity to introduce SIOR members to potential new candidates as well.
The Chapter would like to thank Dacon for sponsoring the event and Jim Boudrot for organizing the event. Both Kevin Quinn and Chuck Reilly from Dacon, an SIOR Chapter corporate member, welcomed attendees and were generous with their time.
