New England Construction and Polyrack North America held a topping out ceremony in Highland Corporate Park. This will be Polyrack's first facility in the United States.
The one-story, 13,800 s/f building will consist of an assembly/warehouse area and administrative offices. For the exterior of the building, a contemporary design using concrete masonry units, metal panel systems, aluminum glazing systems in Poly Rack corporate colors, and rubber membrane roofing is planned.
Construction has been underway and is scheduled to be completed for an opening in January 2008.
