New England Construction completes three stores at Garden City Center

New England Construction continues to support the efforts of The Wilder Companies and their multi-phased strategy to expand reconfigure and redevelop the 500,000 s/f open-air, mixed-use Garden City Shopping Center. New England Construction recently served as general contractor of a new 20,000 s/f retail facility located in the shopping center, as well as the reconfiguration of the "village green" and gazebo at the shopping center. The new building houses Pottery Barn, with the remaining space to be leased to a future tenant to be named. New England Construction also executed construction for the renovation of the former Eddie Bauer retail store in the Shopping Center. The 7,500 s/f project included major structural, interior and exterior renovations to convert the existing space for Williams Sonoma, as well as 2,100 s/f for Clarks shoes. The new Williams Sonoma will incorporate 5,400 s/f, and will feature the company's newest exterior design.
