New England Retail Properties leases 2,090 s/f to Little Caesars

New England Retail Properties, Inc., has leased 2,090 s/f to Little Caesars Pizza Take Out and will be opening at the Colonial Plaza Shopping Center located on Thomaston Ave. The store will be operated by 8 Slice Enterprises, LLC, an eight store Little Caesar's Franchisee based in Santa Cruz, California. This will be their third Connecticut location. Gloria McMann of Merrigan & LeFebvre Realty, Inc., in Windsor Locks, Connecticut represented the tenant. Matt Halprin, principal, the exclusive broker for Colonial Plaza represented the landlord, Stop & Shop Supermarkets, Inc. Colonial Plaza consists of 220,000 s/f of neighborhood retail and has many regional and national tenants.
