New England Retail Properties leases 6,816 s/f to Golden Dragon in the East Haven Green Shopping Center

According to New England Retail Properties, Inc., Golden Dragon Buffet & Grill has leased 6,816 s/f and is now open in the East Haven Green Shopping Center located at 25 North Frontage Rd. Golden Dragon joins Home Depot, AutoZone, Kempo Karate, Bottle Depot Liquors, Wendy's and more in this 185,000 s/f shopping center. Golden Dragon is a New York chinese buffet and restaurant specializing in asian fusion cuisine and family dining. New England Retail Properties, Inc., based in Wethersfield, Conn. is a full-service retail real estate brokerage company and specializes in retail shopping center investment sales, shopping center and retail property leasing, tenant representation and retail development. East Haven Green Shopping Center is owned and managed by EBLS in Philadelphia, Penn., a national shopping center developer who has owned the property since 1987.
