Newman Properties acquires 8,500 s/f property 96 Storrs Rd. for $5.85 million

Mansfield CT Newman Properties, in partnership with Atlantic Capital Commercial Real Estate LLC, (ACCRE) has completed the acquisition of 96 Storrs Rd. for $5.85 million.

Built in 2024, this 8,500 s/f commercial asset is located along Main St., offering visibility, frontage, and convenient access near East Brook Mall. The property benefits from direct connectivity to major regional roadways, providing access to Hartford, Providence, and communities throughout eastern Connecticut. Newman Properties and ACCRE are pleased to welcome Aspen Dental, Five Guys, and Chipotle as strong, long-term tenants at the property. Their continued presence further strengthens the asset and its position within the local commercial market.
