According to Newmark Knight Frank, Thompson Hennessey & Partners will be merging its operations with the firm's Boston office. The addition of 10 professionals and staff considerably strengthens Newmark Knight Frank's capability in the Greater Boston market. The expansion will bolster the depth of experience and breadth of knowledge especially in the firm's brokerage operation. Thompson Hennessey & Partners' co-founding partner and chief executive officer, Catherine Thompson, and its president/partner, John Hennessey, SIOR, will be joining Steve Prozinski and the existing partners to augment the management team for Newmark Knight Frank's Boston office.
"There is a lot of synergy between our teams," Hennessey said. "Our clients are the biggest winners with this merger. They will have more resources at their fingertips, as we work from the global platform of a leading full service firm."
