NH CIBOR is in full swing with many events for spring

NH Commerical and Investment Board of Realtors is in full swing with many educational and social events for the spring!
On March 21, we celebrated the retirement of Ron Groljahn from the Norwood Group by awarding him an Emeritus Membership to our organization. Groljahn was a founder of NH CIBOR - one of the brokers in the 1980s to create the first commercial board separate from a residential board in the United States! (yes, NH CIBOR is the oldest NAR commercial board in the country...)
Groljahn was a great leader, and an excellent example of what a professional broker should be and how they should practice. We welcomed and educated co-brokers like me when I started here in the early 1990s. He is a walking library of real estate history for our state, and will generously take the time to tell you all the stories. He made NH CIBOR both functional and fun, organizing many social events along the way. We appreciate all he has done in paving the way for commercial real estate in New Hampshire.
