NHCIBOR is ready to plunge into summer fun

June 06, 2013 - Northern New England
June is here and the hot weather has us ready to plunge into summer fun. There isn't a better time than to attend NHCIBOR's Annual BBQ on June 20! This annual event is free to all NHCIBOR members and their guests. Enjoy food grilled by The Meat House and drinks will be provided at the open bar! Steak tips, burgers, hotdogs, summer salads, ice cream and beverages will be served. Many thanks to the hosts, Robert and Anne Cruess of TFMoran, Inc. for making this event a success every year.
This is one of our best networking events of the year.
Your member votes have been tallied for the REALTOR and Affiliate of the Year and awards will be presented and, in addition Honor Society Recipients will be recognized at the BBQ.
Every year and at many NHCIBOR meetings and events, NHCIBOR Cares (the charitable arm of NHCIBOR) has held raffles to benefit NHCIBOR Cares. Did you know that since its inception, NHCIBOR Cares has donated over $10,000 to local and state charities? NHCIBOR Cares will hold a raffle at the BBQ, but needs your help. If you have an item you would like to donate to raffle, please email [email protected] or call the office at 603-647-0100.
Plan to attend Rob Nahigian's course (3 CE NH Credits Approved), "The Art of Negotiating Skills," to be held on Friday, June 14 at SERESC, Bedford, N.H. The course will unveil the critical steps prior to actual negotiating session for a "win-win" transaction. Rob received rave reviews last year when he taught, "Liquidity and the 2012-2013 Commercial Real Estate: Connecting the Dots Back to the Future" at NHCIBOR's Second Quarter meeting. "You must be there on time! I crammed 5 hours of material into this, so it is jam packed with the best thinking and materials on the subject."
The course is only $40 to attend and breakfast is included. Seats are filling up fast. RSVP today to [email protected]. Your reservations need to be in by June 7.
Have a profitable and fun summer!
