Nickerson Financial places $7.25m loan for Orleans Marketplace

Doug Nickerson, Nickerson Financial Corporation, has placed a loan on behalf of Orleans Marketplace, LLC in the amount of $7.25 million for the Orleans Marketplace. The loan facilitated the refinancing of the client's shopping center. The 86,000 s/f multi tenant retail plaza is strategically located on Rte. 6A. The major tenants include Staples, Brooks Drug, Sherwin Williams, Blockbuster and several local tenants.
