Nordblom Company with The Cronin Group lease 8,400 s/f to Tony C's
Burlington-based Nordblom Company has completed an 8,400 s/f lease with The Cronin Group at 3rd Ave. Located just off of Middlesex Turnpike, 3rd Ave. is the dining and entertainment heart of the 4.6 million s/f Northwest Park mixed-use redevelopment. The 3rd Ave retail-walking street will be anchored by Wegmans and KINGS Bowl.

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
