North Branch completes 23,000 s/f construction for United Rentals

North Branch Construction of Concord, has completed improvements to the interior and exterior of United Rentals' new facility. The 23,000 s/f facility is a former PSNH warehouse and now includes warehouse, office, and showroom space, allowing United Rentals to consolidate their Manchester and Hudson locations. Construction included interior finishes, new lighting and ventilation, sitework and landscaping including truck ramps and site lighting, and the fit-up of a new equipment wash bay. Design for the project was provided by Udelsman Associates of Hollis.
