North Branch Construction completes Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital

Ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital at the Pease Tradeport Campus - Portsmouth, NH

North Branch Construction, Inc. has completed construction of the new Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital at the Pease Tradeport Campus.
A ribbon cutting ceremony was held on June 9th to celebrate the completion of the facility. This 46,000 s/f, thirty-three bed, two-story facility designed by JSA, Inc. is the third inpatient hospital for the Northeast Rehabilitation Health Network, with two other facilities located in Salem and Nashua.
The new facility features an interior park complete with a full sized car, trolley replica, mini-market, and movie theater seating to aid in assimilating patients back into daily activities. There is also an outdoor park featuring a footbridge, an incline ramp with rails, and a variety of surface materials such as concrete, stone dust, brick pavers, and crushed stone for patients re-learning how to walk. Two patient rooms include a bariatric lift to aid in lifting patients out of bed.
North Branch Const. has completed several medical facility projects for clients including Dartmouth Hitchcock Hospital and Concord Hospital. They are working on a project located in Nashua for Lamprey Healthcare and which will be completed this summer.
