North Branch purchases tax credits for Twin Pines Housing Trust

In late spring of 2013, North Branch Construction, Inc. completed the construction of Rivermere Community Housing. Rivermere Community Housing, owned by Twin Pines Housing Trust, provides twenty-one units of affordable rental townhouse housing along the Mascoma River. North Branch also contributed a $25,000 donation to Twin Pines Housing Trust through the Community Development Investment Program. This program is designed as a fundraising tool for nonprofit community development organizations, cooperatives, and municipalities to raise much needed money for their causes. This donation marks North Branch's fifth year in a row purchasing tax credits on behalf of their not-for-profit clients.
