In late spring of 2013, North Branch Construction, Inc. completed the construction of Rivermere Community Housing. Rivermere Community Housing, owned by Twin Pines Housing Trust, provides twenty-one units of affordable rental townhouse housing along the Mascoma River.
North Branch also contributed a $25,000 donation to Twin Pines Housing Trust through the Community Development Investment Program. This program is designed as a fundraising tool for nonprofit community development organizations, cooperatives, and municipalities to raise much needed money for their causes. This donation marks North Branch's fifth year in a row purchasing tax credits on behalf of their not-for-profit clients.
