North Branch renovating Hampshire House

North Branch Construction, Inc. has begun the addition/renovation for the Hampshire House on Elm St. Construction includes the addition of a stair tower to the rear of the building. Renovations to the 3 story, brick and wood frame building will include relocating interior partitions, upgrading mechanical and electrical systems, and strengthening the roof. Criterium Turner Engineers provided the design. When complete in early 2009, the building will house 30 residents and include administrative offices and a classroom.
