Northeast Retail Leasing & Management Company leases 7,100 s/f to Town Fair Tire
Littleton, MA According to Daniel Plotkin of Northeast Retail Leasing & Management Company LLC, East Haven CT based Town Fair Tire Centers has opened its 97th store at 501 Great Rd. Plotkin said that Town Fair Tire, one of New England’s largest tire retailers had been searching for a site around the northern tier of I-495 and especially the Littleton/Westford markets.
“After Market Basket opened nearby the adjacent land made sense given the commuter traffic on the roadway and the affluent, suburban nature of the trade area,” said Plotkin. The 7,100 s/f building is the retailers latest prototype.
Town Fair Tire operates in all 6 New England states.
