Norton Asset Mgmt.sells 45,000 s/f dist. ctr.
The former warehouse distribution center of Capital Distributors, Inc. at 114 Hall St. has been sold to Elmwood Industrial Park, LLC.
The 45,000 s/f building is leased to Machine Craft Corp. as well as Michaud Distributors. Elmwood plans to re-build the portion of the building lost due to the heavy snow this past winter.
Norton Asset Management, Inc. handled the transaction.
