Norwood Group sells former Aftan Kennel site
Alan and Anne Roberts sold the former Aftan Kennel to Bridgewood Holdings, LLC. The one acre lot is located along Rte.101 one-acre lot across from the newly constructed Hannaford Supermarket, at the corner of Hardy Rd.
The new owner will immediately begin renovating the existing damaged structure for the relocation of Beals Insurance.
Chris Norwood and Judy Niles-Simmons of NAI Norwood Group represented the seller.
