O'Brien and McMahon of NAI Norwood lease out 15,600 s/f retail

NAI Norwood Group completed the leasing at 475 High St., with the leasing of 2,600 s/f of retail space to ProEx Physical Therapy. 475 High St. is a 15,600 s/f retail strip center located across from Tri-City Plaza. Current tenants at the strip center include Mattress Giant, Portsmouth Tea Company, and New England Auto Finance. ProEx is an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy firm with 11 clinics throughout New England. Brian O'Brien and Chris McMahon from NAI Norwood Group represented Summit Land Development, the landlord. John Mueller from NAI Norwood Group procured and assisted the tenant.
