O'Brien and McMahon of NAI Norwood sell 21,000 s/f automobile dealership - $1.277 million; Fini Real Estate represents seller

NAI Norwood Group sold a 21,000 s/f automobile dealership on 4.05 acres at 19 Manchester Rd. Brian O'Brien, managing broker and Chris McMahon of NAI Norwood Group's Portsmouth office represented the buyer, Boomer Wolf, LLC and Tom Fini of Fini Real Estate Group represented the seller, Tipsy Piper Inc / Allen Motors Inc. The building housed the former Allen Motors Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge Dealership. The buyer plans to re-purpose the building for a single tenant retail use with additional pad sites. The site will "shadow anchor" the proposed Super Wal-Mart in which both properties will share access on Ashleigh Dr. The sale price was $1.277 million.
