O’Brien Commercial represents seller in $1.125m sale of 3,500 s/f restaurant
Acton, MA Braunfels II LLC has sold Filho’s Restaurant and the 3,500 s/f building located at 59 Great Rd. to Gustavo and Eleni Jolon.
Eric O’Brien of O’Brien Commercial Properties Inc. exclusively represented the seller in this transaction.
The selling price for the real estate was $1.125 million on Monday December 11.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
