O'Brien, McMahon and Mueller of NAI Norwood lease 2,600 s/f to ProEx P.T.

NAI Norwood Group completed the leasing at 475 High St., with the leasing of 2,600 s/f of retail space to ProEx Physical Therapy. Tenants at the 15,600 s/f retail strip center include Mattress Giant, Portsmouth Tea Company, and New England Auto Finance. ProEx is an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy firm that currently employs close to 100 people in 11 clinics throughout New England. Brian O'Brien and Chris McMahon from NAI Norwood Group represented Summit Land Development landlord. John Mueller from NAI Norwood Group procured and assisted the tenant.
