O'Brien of CBRE/NE brokers 2 leases at Parkman Brook SC

Margaret O'Brien of CB Richard Ellis/New England's Portsmouth, office represented Planet Fitness and Bootlegger's Family Footwear in 16,927 s/f and 6,000 s/f leases respectively at the Parkman Brook Shopping Center at 20 Portsmouth Ave. This center, which is anchored by Staples, is owned by Northstar Properties and is in the midst of a major facelift of the plaza including new building façade, upgrades to the landscaping and parking lot and new pylon signage. With the signing of these two tenants, the plaza which was formerly occupied by Shaw's, is now almost 100% leased.
