O'Brien of NAI Norwood Group leases 7,000 s/f to Revision Energy; Stallkamp of Kane reps landlord, Dyment Realty Group

Brian O'Brien, managing broker of NAI Norwood Group, represented ReVision Energy, LLC in the long-term lease of a 7,000 s/f building at 7 Commerce Way. Christian Stallkamp of The Kane Company, Inc. represented the landlord, Dyment Realty Group. ReVision Energy, LLC, headquartered in Portland, is opening a new facility to service New Hampshire. Due to rapid expansion and demand for solar heating, ReVision Energy decided to make the move to New Hampshire to serve a greater customer base.
