O'Brien of NAI Norwood Group sells 8,000 s/f office to LMR Properties
NAI Norwood Group sold 540 Lafayette Rd. Brian O'Brien, vice president/managing broker of NAI Norwood Group, represented the seller, 540 Lafayette Rd., LLC.
The 8,000 s/f multi-tenant office building was sold for $525,000 and was bought for investment purposes by LMR Properties of Exeter.
NAI Norwood Group is marketing the property for LMR Props.
