Timothy O'Callaghan, vice president of The Binswanger Companies has arranged for the lease of 70,000 s/f in a 206,000 s/f facility with acreage at 72 Pease Blvd. Kittery Trading Post which is a retailer of outdoor apparel and recreational equipment since 1938, leased the space and will move their warehouse and catalog operation to the site.
