O,R&L Commercial complete 2,530 s/f lease

Unionville, CT O,R&L Commercial, LLC completed the long-term lease of the 2,530 s/f commercial restaurant building formerly used as a Friendly’s located on Farmington Ave.

Toby Brimberg and Phil Marshall of O,R&L Commercial in Branford represented the landlord, Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. and also procured the tenant, Unionville Family Restaurant.
