O,R&L Commercial has exclusively listed for sale or lease a 1,540 s/f retail building located at 181 Boston Post Rd. (Rte. 1). The half acre site is currently the home to Rick D's Deli and Convenience Store previously known as Madison Mini Mart. The store has been in operation for the last 24 years.
The current owners are retiring and the building will be sold or leased with the kitchen equipment, coolers, retail shelving/displays included. The inventory is not included. The building has indoor seating accommodations for 12 with great visibility on Route 1 and is nicely equipped for continued use as a deli/convenience store.

Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9 million.
