O,R&L Commercial sells 12,000 s/f to O’Reilly Auto Parts for $760,000: Brimberg and Marshall represent seller and procure buyer

Old Saybrook, CT O,R&L Commercial, LLC has sold the former Boater’s World building located at 899 Boston Post Rd. (Rte. 1) . Renovated in 2005, the 12,000 s/f retail building located on 0.78 acre sold for $760,000.

Toby Brimberg and Phil Marshall of O,R&L Commercial, active members of ICSC, represented the seller, Stabilis Capital Management LP and also procured the buyer, O’Reilly Auto Parts.
