O,R&L sells 15,500 s/f retail building for $1.165m

Wethersfield, CT Andrew Hale and Jay Morris of O,R&L Commercial, LLC brokered the sale of a 15,500 s/f retail building. The building is located at 1199 Silas Deane Hwy. and sold for $1.165 million. 

The building was previously occupied by Cardio Express and had been vacant for a while until the current owner refaced the exterior, repaved the parking lot and marked the parking lot and installed a new HVAC system. 

Hale and Morris of O,R&L represented the seller 1199 Silas Deane Associates, LLC, and the buyer, Supernova Acquisitions, LLC. 

The buyer intends to remodel the interior for a new tenant, “Children of America,” Educational Daycare. For nearly 20 years, Children of America has been an accredited and trusted name among parents and families with locations in 12 states.

 This will be their first location in Connecticut.
