Meeks of O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. brokers two warehouse leases totaling 52,406 s/f

Devens, MA O’Brien Commercial Properties, Inc. negotiated two industrial leases totaling over 52,000 s/f.

Brandon Meeks, associate at O’Brien Comm’l., represented Ajinomoto Cambrooke, Inc. in the lease of 32,388 s/f of warehouse and production space at 139 Barnum Rd.

The facility offers modern warehouse infrastructure, strong utility capacity, and efficient loading — providing an ideal environment for Ajinomoto Cambrooke’s medical-grade food manufacturing operations. With immediate access to Rte. 2 and the regional highway network, the location supports both workforce accessibility and streamlined distribution.

“This lease is a fantastic result for our client. We are glad to have landed at a class A warehouse that will allow ACI to grow exponentially in the coming years ,” said Meeks. “A big thanks to everyone on the team for their hard work on this one.”

177 Florence Street - Leominster, MA

In Leominster, Meeks represented Phillips-Medisize, Inc. in 20,018 s/f warehouse lease at 177 Florence St.

The facility offers efficient warehouse functionality, strong utility capacity, and immediate proximity to Rte. 2 and I-190 — providing Phillips-Medisize with a location to support expanding operational and distribution needs tied to its medical manufacturing operations. The property’s clear heights, loading configuration, and flexible layout make it well suited for streamlined storage and logistics activity.
