O’Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Props. arranges two office leases totaling 13,279 s/f

Littleton, MA Bret O’Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. completed two lease deals totaling 13,279 s/f of office space in the Rte. 2 market. O’Brien represented KINISI Physical Therapy in the relocation and expansion of their physical therapy practice to 295 Foster St., where they leased 10,400 s/f. O’Brien also represented Rooted Counseling Services in leasing 2,879 s/f of office space at 68 Tadmuck St. in Westford.
