Boston, MA Foxfield has completed a series of hires, growing the firm’s in-house expertise as it expands across the East Coast and beyond. Foxfield’s four new additions bring a diverse set of skills and will support in roles from asset management to real estate finance and facility management.

These new hires bring unique experiences that will enhance our ability to identify opportunities, execute projects, and maintain our portfolio across the East Coast.”
Foxfield’s slate of new hires include:
Matt O’Connell, director of asset management: With more than 15 years of institutional real estate expertise, O’Connell will be overseeing asset performance and value creation initiatives across Foxfield’s industrial and multifamily portfolios, with a focus on leasing, capital planning, financing, and disposition strategy.
Robert Werdann, senior financial manager: Werdann brings real estate accounting experience from an array of major capital projects to his new role at Foxfield. Werdann will leverage his financial modelling, budgeting and compliance background as senior financial manager, partnering with cross-functional teams, optimizing operational efficiency, and supporting the firm’s growing portfolio.
Brandon Binsfield, senior facility manager: Binsfield will apply his technical expertise and bring his industry relationships to the management of Foxfield’s portfolio. He brings nearly 15 years of experience across facility management and engineering, and has HVAC and universal refrigeration licenses, a Massachusetts wastewater license, and lab technician certifications.
Charles Zigliara, associate, acquisitions: Prior to joining Foxfield, Zigliara managed and valued assets across multiple institutional investment funds, bringing experience in real estate, opportunistic investments, and private credit strategies. Zigliara’s role at Foxfield will focus on industrial markets across the Southeast, sourcing investment opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting capital raising efforts.
This announcement follows the firm’s recent activity including two acquisitions in North Carolina’s Research Triangle region – 12700 Cleveland Rd. in Garner, NC and 3503 Page Rd. in Morrisville, NC – and the successful sale of Lynnway Park in Lynn, Massachusetts.
Foxfield continues to grow its presence across the East Coast, with an active pipeline of industrial and residential investments and developments, including its TradeHouse platform focused on Class A+ shallow-bay industrial assets.
