Olympus Group and Residential Properties have sold the 5,300 s/f medical office complex at 130-134 Waterman St. for $1.7 million.
Gregory Micallef of Olympus Group Real Estate, represented the seller, "130 Waterman St., LLC." Debra Deluca, of Residential Properties, Ltd., represented the investor/buyer.
In another transaction, Olympus Group and Stone Tower Properties leased 4,150 sf at West Exchange Center to Boystown of New England.
Jack Braverman of Stone Tower Properties, represented Boystown in their extensive search and final attainment of the custom finished Premises. Micallef of Olympus Group Real Estate, in conjunction with Mick Hogan of the Omni Group, represented Omni Combined WE, LLC, the owners/developers of the complex.
