Olympus Group sells office/retail facility for $600,000 in Providence
The office/retail facility at 1066 North Main St. has been acquired for the new headquarters of Hope Medical Group.
Saint George Enterprises, LLC, as the development entity for Hope Medical Group, purchased the property for $600,000 from M.S. Ross.
Gregory Micallef, broker principal of Olympus Group, was the exclusive broker.
