Olympus Group sells three sites for redevelopment for $670,000; With Sweeney Real Estate and Brenner Realtors

U O Realty LLC has purchased a 3,500 s/f former industrial building and an adjacent multifamily residence on a 25,000 s/f combined assemblage site, for $670,000 for redevelopment. The properties at 830 - 834 Eddy St., 200 Sherburne St., and 197-201 Swan St. will be redeveloped for the new headquarters of a major R.I. otolaryngology medical practice. Gregory Micallef of Olympus Group Real Estate represented the buyers for the full acquisition. Thomas Sweeney of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal represented the sellers of the Eddy St. property. George Brenner of Brenner Realtors represented the sellers of the Sherburne and Swan St. properties.
