U O Realty LLC has purchased a 3,500 s/f former industrial building and an adjacent multifamily residence on a 25,000 s/f combined assemblage site, for $670,000 for redevelopment.
The properties at 830 - 834 Eddy St., 200 Sherburne St., and 197-201 Swan St. will be redeveloped for the new headquarters of a major R.I. otolaryngology medical practice.
