O’Mara joins Atlantic Retail Properties

Needham, MA According to Atlantic Retail Properties and Atlantic Retail Investments Services, Michael O’Mara, a 25-year real estate professional with more than 15 years of retail investment sales experience representing both sellers and buyers of NNN leased retail assets throughout the country, has joined the firm.

“In addition to the leasing services that we provide to both our landlords and retailers, Atlantic is committed to building a full service platform for our clients who buy and sell net leased retail assets,” said Bryan Anderson, managing partner of Atlantic Retail Properties. “I’m thrilled to have Mike O’Mara join Michael Zimmerman in our investment services group to expand our platform.”

Prior to joining Atlantic, O’Mara was a director with Calkain Companies specializing in NNN Investments, Triple Net Properties and 1031 Exchange Buyer Representation. Between 2003 and 2011, O’Mara worked at Eastern Net Lease Advisors, a company he founded.
