O,R&L Commercial inks 15,000 s/f industrial lease at 78 Rebeschi Dr.

North Haven, CT O,R&L Commercial has completed a 15,000 s/f industrial lease located at 78 Rebeschi Dr. Rebeschi Dr. is high-bay light industrial space located in a 60,000 s/f multi-tenanted building managed by Investment Capital Management. Samuel Crampton of O,R&L Commercial in Branford represented the landlord and also procured the new tenant, Speedx Xpress Inc. out of New Hyde Park, NY.

SpeedX is a growing, technology-driven logistics company specializing in last-mile delivery solutions for retailers, e-commerce platforms, and direct-to-consumer brands. Founded in 2022, the company has expanded its nationwide footprint by combining advanced technology, operational flexibility, and innovative delivery networks to provide fast and reliable shipping solutions. Through its proprietary technology platform, SpeedX helps businesses improve delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction, and supply chain visibility.

The lease at 78 Rebeschi Dr. will support SpeedX’s continued growth and expansion throughout the Northeast region. Located in an established industrial corridor with access to I-91, I-95, this new location will provide logistics and additional warehousing distribution for their company.
