Dick Osterhout has joined Pinkham Real Estate as an associate broker in Pinkham's Glen office located on Rte. 16 at the base of Glen Ledge Rd.

A former broker/partner of a real estate and insurance office in Winthrop, Mass. he also has extensive experience within the corporate real estate field. Over the years Osterhout has represented supermarket chain stores, a drug store chain, convenience stores with gas and convenience stores with fast food.
For many years Osterhout was a regional real estate manager for a national convenience store chain responsible for overseeing the growth and development in New England. His experience included: site selection, site analysis; site planning; licensing; permitting; purchase and sale negotiations; retail lease negotiations; ground leasing; existing business acquisitions/sales; property management; taxes and insurance.
Osterhout is a licensed real estate broker in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He is also a licensed insurance broker in New Hampshire and Maine.
