Overdeput of Colliers International sells 2 Keewaydin Drive for $1.7 million

Salem, NH Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, sold 2 Keewaydin Dr., a 22,258 s/f office/R&D building. 

Hugo Overdeput, CCIM, of Colliers’ Manchester office, represented the seller, Snow Dance Realty, LLC, and Chris Goodnow of Goodnow Real Estate represented the buyer, HPI Management, LLC.  According to the Rockingham County Registry of Deeds, the property sold for $1.7 million.

2 Keewaydin Dr. sits on 2.08 acres and is located off Exit 2, I-93. The building was home to Core Medical for many years.
