Overdeput of Colliers leases 1,700 s/f retail

Raymond, NH Colliers negotiated the1,700 s/f lease of a new location for Feel Good Industry, LLC at the corner of Rte. 107 Freetown Rd. and Essex Dr. Hugo Overdeput, VP/pprincipal of Colliers in New Hampshire, represented Feel Good Industry in its search for space.

This expansion adds to Feel Good Industry’s existing presence in Epping, Salem, and Portsmouth, reinforcing the company’s continued growth in the region. This new location will focus on high-end beer, wine, and cigar sales.

Situated off Exit 5, Route 101, Feel Good Industry joins Starbucks, Verizon, and Domino’s at 1 Silver Fox Ln., which is on a key commercial corridor experiencing significant redevelopment. The four-unit retail plaza is located within a major development parcel that includes 603 Self Storage.

“This transaction contributes to the ongoing commercial growth in the Raymond area,” said Overdeput. “With its strategic location and growing business landscape, this site will serve as an ideal addition to Feel Good Industry’s expanding footprint.”
