Overdeput of Colliers sells 10,496 s/f office for $1.95 million

Salem, NH Colliers brokered the investment sale of a 10,496 s/f fully leased two-story office building situated on .99 acres at 103 Stiles Rd.

Hugo Overdeput, vice president of Colliers’ Manchester office, represented the seller, TKD Properties, LLC, and Carla Herrick, of Century 21 Northeast, procured the buyer, Herrick Development, LLC. According to the Rockingham County Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $1.95 million.

103 Stiles Rd. is situated in one of the town’s most desirable professional office parks close to the N.H./Mass. border, I-93, and Rte. 213.
