Frank Paolino, principal of Link Commercial Properties, LLC acquired the former Chrysler-Dodge dealership located at 618 George Washington Highway and a free standing 2,120 s/f Bank of America at 613 George Washington Highway from Robert Campellone for $5.875 million
* 618 George Washington Hwy. is a 19,788+ s/f two story building on 2.45 acres. It has a showroom, multiple offices and one executive office with 4 service bays, parking for 160, three curb cuts and is located at a traffic light intersection. The property is located adjacent to the Lincoln Mall. The building is available for lease or, LCP will retrofit the building for other uses.
* 613 George Washington Hwy. is under a 10-year lease agreement to a Bank of America branch on a 1.8 acre site. Link Comm'l. plans to construct a new free standing 5,000-6,500 s/f building suitable for restaurant or retail for lease in summer/fall 2009, with an option of leasing as a 24,860 s/f pad site.
Both sites are located at the intersection of Rte. 116 GWH and Albion Rd.
"We have various options in our redevelopment plans to improve and capitalize on these sites," said Link Commercial's lease administrator, Lori Marchetti.
