Papazian of Greater Boston Commercial Properties Inc. brokers $2 million sale

Westborough, MA Nishan Papazian of Greater Boston Commercial Properties Inc. was the sole broker in the sale of a 2.14-acre commercial land parcel located at 196-198 Turnpike Rd., for $2 million.

The highly visible property, situated along one of the town’s primary commercial corridors, offers accessibility with access to I-495 and I-90. The property has over 558 feet of prime frontage on Rte. 9, making it a desirable location for commercial development. The sale price represents a record price per acre of over $934,000.
