Paramount and Hayes & Sherry lease 6,800 s/f

Daniel Cregan of Paramount Properties Group and Jeff Finan of Hayes & Sherry have leased 6,800 s/f at 33 Plan Way, Building #4, Unit #8 to The Paradies Shops of Georgia. Plan Way is located in the Hillsgrove Park off Jefferson Blvd. The Paradies Shops is relocating to the new site which contains 1,760 s/f of office space and 5,040 s/f of warehouse space accessed by two loading docks. Cregan represented the landlord, Plan Way Properties LLC and Finan represented the tenant.
