Paramount Partners opens CVS at 178 Washington Street in Braintree

According to Paramount Partners, CVS recently opened one of its newest locations at 178 Washington St., replacing the former South Shore Autolines car dealership. This newly constructed, free-standing building sits prominently on Rte. 3 with visibility from the highway. CVS Caremark, headquartered in Woonsocket, R.I., is one of the largest pharmacy health care providers in the United States with over 7,600 stores in 45 states. Deborah Meyers and Walter Steinkrauss, principals of Paramount Partners, represented the property owners in this transaction. The team provided lease negotiation guidance to the landlord on this complex deal and worked in concert with Deborah Constantine, director of real estate for CVS and Paul Beck of Gershman Brown Crowley to finalize the transaction.

Sullivan & Sullivan brings 14 Class A office condos to auction

Stoneham, MA According to Sullivan & Sullivan Auctioneers, the auction firm will bring a rare, bulk purchase opportunity to investors via an absolute auction of 14 Class A office condominiums off I-93 near Spot Pond. The combined offering totals 21,083 s/f with 14 individual units ranging in size from roughly 4,063 s/f to 485 s/f within two interconnected buildings. The space is approved for medical, professional office, and general office, among other uses.
