Cris Crecelius of Paramount Properties Group, Inc. has sold the 6,700 s/f industrial building at 32 Curtis St. to Christopher Belleau. Crecelius represented the seller, the John B. McNulty Company in the $260,000 sale.
32 Curtis St. is located right off Massasoit Ave. in East Providence near I-195 and the Henderson Bridge. The 50' x 134' industrial building is masonry constructed and features two 14' drive in doors and one loading dock. The building sits on 13,908 s/f of land and has 15' clear ceiling height.
Belleau Art Glass will use the facility in the manufacturing of art glass and the retailing of artistic glass created onsite.
In another transaction John Cregan of Paramount Props. has leased 3,440 s/f to Ameriprise Financial, Inc. at 300 Jefferson Blvd., Warwick. Cregan represented the seller, DBS Development LLC and procured the tenant.
