John Cregan of Paramount Properties Group and Tom Sweeney of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal leased 23,425 s/f of office space at 300 Jefferson Blvd.
Cregan represented the landlord, DBS Development LLC and Sweeney represented the tenant, ADP.
