Paramount Props. and Stone Tower Props. sell 2,500 s/f office condo

Daniel Cregan of Paramount Properties Group and Jack Braverman of Stone Tower Properties have sold the 2,500 s/f first floor office condominium at 875 Centerville Rd. for $425,000 Cregan represented the seller, Sandra Farrow and Braverman represented the buyer, The RI Dental Association. The Dental Association purchased the first floor office condominium in the development known as Centerville Commons which is a four building office development. The unit purchase by RI Dental was in Building #4 and the space is known as Unit #12.
